One key piece of advice I can give to anyone concerned about self defense is thatwhen confronted with an unfavorable situation, you should at the very least be able to run and get away safely. Would you be able to do that now with the shape you are in? What does your fitness regime consist of? If your answer is, nothing or not much... I can help!

Class Description:
A fun but challenging class that offers the best of both worlds (aerobic and anaerobic drills), for anyone looking to get in shape and/or improve their physical fitness capabilities. The class is comprised of various bodyweight exercises such as lunges, squats, push ups, as well as circuit training and cardio drills. Every class is different and will keep you on your toes. Drills are usually anywhere between 30-60 seconds in duration before your body is jolted into something else. Not only is the body challenged, but so is your mindset! As the drills get harder it's really up to you to dig deep and push through the drill knowing that the duration is managable.
